DID YOU KNOW that even the products made to take care of our skin can also harm us? Yes, that's a sad truth. Most of the beauty and skincare products in the market contains chemicals that can cause bad effects on our lovely skin, and sadly on our health as well.

I ordered an Oil control facial wash (P 64.75 - discounted price), Oil control face toner (P 99.75) and Sunflower beauty oil (P 149.75) from a supplier and started using them last week, twice a day.

BALANCING FACIAL WASH (Oil control, Manila Elemi)
This facial wash is extremely amazing. After the first wash, I already felt that my skin became smoother and softer.
Unlike the previous products that I used, HN's oil control facial wash contains those green stuff which acts as a scrub. So, it's like cleansing and mildly scrubbing your face at the same time!
It also has this light citrus smell that is very refreshing. But with regards to its oil control properties, well that I cannot really tell---because I'm currently using other products that help me manage my oily skin.
In short, this product:
- removes dirt and sebum better than a normal facial wash
- has a refreshing citrus smell
- provides a mild scrubbing effect
BALANCING FACIAL TONER (Oil control, Manila Elemi)
Actually, this toner promises incredible results. Well, most of it are really true. With my everyday use, I noticed that my skin become even more supple and hydrated. The oiliness was still there, minimized a bit, but it's more like 'dewy' than oily.
Just like the facial wash, it has a very refreshing citrus scent. It don't sting and is quickly absorbed by my face. Lastly, it leaves my skin clean and with less visible pores.
In short, this product:
- makes the skin supple and hydrated
- has a citrus scent
- is absorbed quickly by the skin
100% NATURAL SUNFLOWER BEAUTY OIL
This one here is like a miracle bottle. It's like an ALL-IN-ONE beauty product which can be used not only on your face, but on your skin and hair as well. And for those with problematic underarm, this product may be the solution.
As for me, it literally lighten my dark under eye circles saving me from using heavy eye concealer. It also moisturizes the skin overnight, making it softer the following day. However, I don't use it on my entire face--just on the few areas with pimple scars which I want to disappear, but I haven't observed excellent results on that yet
Lastly, I apply it on my hair ends and it actually makes them look healthier. I recommend this for those who loves to color their hair, this will revive your dry and dull hair strands for sure.
What's bothering me regarding this product is the fact that it 'spill' if stored horizontally. That's why I can't bring it with me when traveling or going to work. I just transfer small amounts of it on a contact lens case.
In short, this product:
- lightens dark under eye circles
- moisturizes the skin, making it soft
- nourishes hair, esp. the hair ends
- spill when stored horizontally
I extremely recommend these products to everyone! Most specially to those with special skin conditions that requires chemical-free products. Actually, pregnant women will surely rejoice because they can still maintain their perfect skin condition even in their gestational period. And who wouldn't like natural beauty products that are very affordable? So you better grab yours now! :)
